Hello... and thanks for stopping by the home of Working Girl Wines.
From the beginning these wines supported the physical and emotional well being of women through a very special network... be it our local charity of choice, a place for women to gather at our winery or through events that remind you the importance of taking time out with family and friends... to just have fun. As a tiny winery we envisioned serving just our local community and visitors to this far northwestern tip of Washington State’s Olympic Peninsula.
But that wasn’t to be.
Through your support Working Girl Wines are hitting shelves across the country... the wines are in 20 states and growing. We are excited, scared and blessed. I am the official "worrier" and Molly and Libby tell me frequently, "Stay Cool!". And so... with this new site we’re hoping you join us by plugging into this exceptional network of support and sharing. Here’s just some of what you’ll find as you move around the site:
Our Story... the winery has grown and evolved. The “Olympic Women and Wine” have too. You can follow the story here.
Network of Support... charities are an integral part of the Working Girl Wines story. Our Charity of Choice Program is supporting women and families charities across the country. We’re about to launch a “3-Tier Donation Network” that includes the manufacturer (that’s us, Olympic Cellars Winery), the wholesaler (our rapidly expanding network of distributors) and retailers (where you buy our wines). We encourage each of our partners to join with us as we expand to support women nationwide. Together... we CAN make a difference!
What Do Women Really Want... only we can answer this for ourselves, though ads, products and media hype try to do it for us every day. In this section you’ll find my Rants and Raves. It won’t be hard for me to get things started. After all, I turned 55 this year, in my second career, have raised a family (I’m now a four time grandma) and always find myself “ranting and raving” about something. Now we’ll have a forum to share those.
Resources That Make A Difference... what is truly exciting is the opportunity to open direct access with some of the world’s truly cutting-edge experts, individuals who can lead us on fitness, nutrition and personal development journeys not experienced before. Most are gifted coaches and teachers you’ve not had access to before.
And finally, we’ll have fun. Another of our wine labels at Olympic Cellars is La Dolce Vida... “the good life.” And that’s what it’s all about... having fun and enjoying life.
